Our 15-day money back guarantee enables you to return your purchase for any reason within 15 days after your payment has been processed. Return shipping charges may apply.
Our return policy is very simple:
If you are not happy with a purchase that you made on cestol.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 15 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, undamaged, we will issue a refund within 30 days.
**Please note – Cestol does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges since we ship through a third party.
**Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable.
To Begin Your Return
Step 1: Send an email to cestol@cestol.com detailing the reason for your return. Include your order number, name, and shipping address.
Step 2: Watch for any return correspondance emails with instructions.
Step 3: Package the item well in the original packaging and box to avoid shipping damages which will void your refund.
Step 4: Attach the return shipping label and drop off at a FedEx shipping facility.
